Updates for the Latest GMC Terrain
The 2017 GMC Terrain is incredibly similar to the 2016 model year but still worth buying thanks to its value. The newest Terrain adds 18-inch alloy wheels as standard. There is also a new option, the Nightfall appearance package, which gives you an exterior with multiple black-trimmed elements. Some specific upgrades include charcoal luggage rails, 18-inch aluminum wheels featuring gloss black accents, a charcoal grille featuring gloss black surround plus accents, black fascias with gloss black trim on the rear license plate, body-color door handles, and heated power-adjustable manual-folding exterior mirrors in gloss-black.
For those who want even more updates and are willing to wait several more months to buy their GMC Terrain, the 2018 model year will be arriving late in the summer of 2017. This model will feature a weight loss of over 400 pounds and show off the new GMC design language that we can expect to see on other models in the future. The seating now folds flat, and you will find soft-touch materials and aluminum trim on the instrument panel and doors. There are also additional under-floor compartments situated behind the rear seats. The 2018 Terrain will also feature three new engines: a 1.5-liter turbo gas, a 2-liter turbo gas, and a 1.6-liter turbodiesel.
