Had my 2016 gmc truck looked at twice and still concerned about the transmission slipping. I purchased the truck to tow a camper after I retire but that option may not be possible because I'm not confident about the transmission. Last time it was in for oil change and transmission inspections tearing wheel had grease and dirt on door handle and steering wheel.
Waited over an hour and a half for an oil change even though I had a scheduled appointment. The service writer failed List a requested repair on the work order so it Was not completed. I have to schedule another appointment now to have repair done.
I had a pleasant experience. Norma took care of me, she always explains what needs to be done to my vehicle and the costs. Roger gave me a ride to and from the dealership. I appreciate this service because I live alone.
Problem was repaired in a timely manner. Happy with service from dealership but disappointed that both outside door handles on my 2012 Sierra have now been replaced with only 47,000 miles on the truck. GM should have better quality than that to keep truck customers from considering Ford trucks in future purchases. I'm 59 years old and have owned many vehicles but this is the only one that has ever had poor quality door handles.
