McKenzie Motors was AWESOME!!! I called and spoke with General Manager Mr Lloyd, he told me he could help me with a Buick Enclave and he did. John Kinzell called me back and kept me in the loop as to when the Enclave would be here. So, my experience is with both the Used Car and Service Dept. As I have stated in a previous review, the purchasing experience was fantastic. The Sales Rep was not pushy, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from McKenzie. I also purchased a Maintenance agreement with the vehicle which was a package of 10 oil changes, tire rotations and multi-point inspections. I've been in for about 5 of those, the most recent being the month of May. All of those visits have been wonderful. Now my vehicle is NOT a $60K truck or SUV, it's a modest $8K Chevy Sonic I bought used. I say that because it really doesn't matter to these guys, I'm still treated like a valued customer. Every person I passed by in the halls acknowledged my presence and greeted me like I was important to them. There were even 2 dignified looking individuals that could've been the owner & co-owner for all I know, but they greeted me without any hesitation. The Service Manager that manages my maintenance agreement is wonderful, he takes time out to answer my questions, no matter how stupid and does so with kindness & patience. Even the Service Tech answers questions I ask him, and you know those guys hear all sorts of stupidity. But he was more than willing to share with me what he discovered while looking the vehicle over. I would highly recommend McKenzie Motors for purchasing a vehicle either used or new as well as the Service Dept. Just an all around fantastic operation with kind people. Chief was a true professional to work with. We drove almost 4 hrs to pick up the car and upon arrival it was fully prepared for our pick up with minimal paperwork to sign. He went over all the car’s options and ensured we had no questions. The whole establishment is a class act.
