Great question! First, Let's start off with some History. The McKenzie dealership was opened in 1967, by WWII Veteran Mr. John Daniel "Dan" McKenzie. Mr. McKenzie was considered the dean of the local automobile business having established and successfully operated McKenzie Motor Company for over 43 years in Milton. He loved the automobile trade and raised it to a new level through a career that speaks for itself. His dealership is the oldest, and for that matter, the last and only family owned and operated automobile dealership left in Milton.
"In my 39 years of working with automobile dealers in the USA, Mr. Dan McKenzie was the finest of all men," says, a friend and national automobile consultant. "From what I observed and from what he will be rewarded for most in Heaven was the warmth of his heart and how he genuinely shared it with anyone he came into contact with. I always talk to friends about how long it would take to go to lunch at a restaurant (with him). He would visit with everyone and everyone would visit with him. He loved his fellow man, and all loved him."
