Service manager needs to learn about customer service and how to approach customers that have issues instead of justing grabbing the keyes and making accusations that it was our fault on the issue. The service writers Tom and Jeremy did an outstanding job , I am glad they did not learn from the Service manager on customer service or we would never return to this dealership again. I appreciate all their help in getting this matter resolved and by the way a bad camera is not our fault.
