I purchased my new vehicle in January and it was time for an oil change. I did not know that I would have to make an appointment, so just went in on a weekday late morning. I was told to make an appointment, so I made one for the upcoming Saturday at 8:15. The survive team was polite. I guess I was just expecting to have some coffee. I���ve been to other dealerships where there was a variety of snacks and drinks provided while you wait, but there was an empty coffee pot at this experience.
Coffee is something we normally have at all times not sure what happened that day but if the pot is ever empty when you are here alert any of our staff and we will accommodate you immediately if possible. As far as snacks, due to Covid 19 restrictions we do not put anything such as food where all can reach in and grab as restaurants have also gone to the same policies to still minimize the risk of Covid. This may change once we round the corner on this horrible pandemic but as of now we will not put out snacks.
