I had an appointment at 1145 for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall. The oil change took over two hours before someone came out and said they were starting the recall and it should only take 30 minutes to fix the problem. Everyone is very friendly when I come but it is frustrating to have an appointment for something simple and be there for nearly three hours.
