The service area is poorly identified on which way you are supposed to enter.
We had an appointment at 0745 and got their a little early, since we came from Panama City which is almost 2 hours away. The service sign said they opened at 0730 on Saturdays. We were sitting at the door and noticed that they opened the oppsite side garage door at 0730 but not the door we were sitting at. 0745 rolled around and the door is still closed and people walking around in the service bay. Dealership was great and friendly on both the scheduling/drop off and pick up. During the maintenance I got notified of parts arrival that matched the given completion date. However that date went and passed with no info given. Made us think our vehicle was toast. Called on the 3rd day after initial completion date and was told it would be ready the next day after lunch. Went in the next day and it wasn’t ready. Was finally ready just before closing so communication needs to be worked on.

First of all I would like to say I am 70 years old and have purchased many cars along the way and my experience with McKenzie Motors was by far the best I have ever had. The Sales rep Damon Sellars was the best. Ask for Damon and he will take care of you. The staff was friendly and the pricing was straight forward. There was no pressure, no tricks just a very professional dealership.

McKenzie Buick-GMC in Milton, FL is the best dealership we have ever worked with. They set the standard for world-class customer service. The general manager sat with all of us customers in the service department waiting area for about 15 minutes, and he talked to us like we were longtime friends. Made the deal one day and came back 2 days later and paid cash for a truck. Not only did they try to cheat me out of $1000.00 and a bed cover that was supposed to be on the truck, I had to wait for 5 hours to drive off with it. The truck was poorly detailed and I had to adjust the tire pressures when I got home because the TP warning light came on.
Everything went reasonably well, salesman was not pushy, purchased a used vehicle detail was not up to par oil percentage was at 32 percent should have been changed during inspection.
I recently purchased a 2023 GMC Terrain Denali from McKenzie Auto, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everyone there went above and beyond to make both the vehicle and the price work for me. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

Oh my gosh! Where do I begin? Michael was so easy going to work with showed me several different SUVs until he came up on the Buick envision that I absolutely fell in love with. When I cranked it the following morning there's the light again. They changed the cabin filter and engine air filters. That was an extra $150.00

Everything came out good. I have air in my car now. I have to wonder why it is a problem to pay with a check? When the cost is high , I myself do not feel comfortable carrying around a large amount of cash. Also there seems to be a communication disconnect when I receive notification that my parts have arrived and when calling about the service and told my parts would be in a couple days later???
