We went to McKenzie a month or so ago to see the Buick enclave. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After doing our shopping around town, we decided the enclave was the way to go. When we came back Tyler remembered us and was super helpful again. Kevin was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful while going over warranties etc. We will definitely recommend them to anyone.

McKenzie motors is the worst deslership I have ever worked with. I arrived at 12:30. Picked out the car I wanted and settled on a price by 1:15. I proceeded to wait for over three hours to speak with finance. There were people walking around doing absolutely nothing while we had been waiting for three hours. Kendall was fantastic though.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased a anew GMC Acadia on Jan. 14th, drove it home, I got sick adn was in bed for 3 weeks before I got to drive it again. Drove it to my Chiro, came back out and started it and I had NOTHING on my instrument, Complete blank - no speedmemter anothing. Had my eye on a 2024 V-8 crew cab model to replace my extended cab with a 4 cylinder turbo. I was concerned about its towing capability in the Tennessee mountains. Finance didn’t push any package we weren’t comfortable with. They LIE! I got a 2016 BMW from them, and they kept saying how well the car was taken care of and their inspections were done, and they found nothing wrong. Ok, I drove the car, and it ran great, the problem is that the left taillight assembly needs to be replaced, the radio does not play, and the driver side air vent comes out when you turn on the air or heat. I had an 8:30 appointment. It was over an hour before anyone touched the vehicle. After it was eventually moved to the lift, it sat for another hour. I finally got my vehicle back at 9:30, 3 hours after my appointment time.
The finance department is not trust worthy, my experience was not a good one, someone can call me and I will explain
