McKenzie motors is the worst deslership I have ever worked with. I arrived at 12:30. Picked out the car I wanted and settled on a price by 1:15. I proceeded to wait for over three hours to speak with finance. There were people walking around doing absolutely nothing while we had been waiting for three hours. Kendall was fantastic though.
It is make local dealership here in Milton and McKenzie Motors made me feel right at home
BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased a anew GMC Acadia on Jan. 14th, drove it home, I got sick adn was in bed for 3 weeks before I got to drive it again. Drove it to my Chiro, came back out and started it and I had NOTHING on my instrument, Complete blank - no speedmemter anothing. I managed to drive it to the Dealrship and was informed i it was the Electrical system, they reset-in abd got it to work. the next timje I drove it 5 miles to the store and back without issues. Third time, it woulnd't start, had to have it towed to the dealership. I this pint I had 295 miles on the vehiclem drove it 3 times and it's been in the shop twice. TOok in 8 days ago and never heard from the dealership, had to go by there to find out, they forgot about it............... it's still at the Dealership. It's obviously a Lemon, however, the only thing McKenzie is willing to do is have me trade in the New Care as a USED car and loss about 10K on that transaction plus raising my car payment to an additional $200 dollars.................. Instead of taking care of the problem - they doubled down on attempting get get more money out of me. Plus in the 6 weeks since I purchased my vehicle, my salesman was no loing there, and since I took it in this last time the Sales Manager is gone............seems like ethey have ALOT of bad issues at this dealership and are only converned with making a HUGE profit - forgot customer service and caring about theie customers. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE !!!!

Had my eye on a 2024 V-8 crew cab model to replace my extended cab with a 4 cylinder turbo. I was concerned about its towing capability in the Tennessee mountains. The dealership did not have any 24’s left! However Kendall was able to find the same color, crew cab with a 8 cylinder 2025 model on the lot. He was very enthusiastic about the GMC brand and had walked me through all the paperwork with relative ease. I was in and out in no time. The sales person and manager done an excellent job explaining everything that was involved in us getting a new vehicle such as the vehicle, financing, and answering any questions we had with professionalism.
Our experience was okay . Make sure before you sign your paperwork all your concerns and responses are in writing and you have all your answers. Do not just listen to what the salesperson states because ultimately it is only about making the sale. Before committing to such a large purchase, investigate what you are purchasing and shop around .I am not stating we are having issues currently with this vehicle, but it has only been 1 day. We just do not want the same engine issues that we have had in the past with GMC Sierra. I believe it is a known issue that we should have done more investigating before we jumped right in with the purchase of this vehicle. I also feel the sales agent should be a little more educated on what they are selling when a customer asks questions about the vehicle . A vehicle is a large purchase, and with this, you do not want to turn around and have to put money into this purchase right away. I understand that we purchased a used vehicle and problems may occur, but when we ask about this before driving it should be considered. Future customers should do your own education prior to making such a large purchase. Everyone was extremely nice, but I feel it was to make the sale rather than satisfy the customer. This truly will impact where I choose to purchase my next vehicle. When you go into a dealership and ask prior to test driving a vehicle for this vehicle not to have a certain motor type this should be more investigated by your sales agent. It was about making money versus satisfaction.
