Made the deal one day and came back 2 days later and paid cash for a truck. Not only did they try to cheat me out of $1000.00 and a bed cover that was supposed to be on the truck, I had to wait for 5 hours to drive off with it. The truck was poorly detailed and I had to adjust the tire pressures when I got home because the TP warning light came on.

Everything went reasonably well, salesman was not pushy, purchased a used vehicle detail was not up to par oil percentage was at 32 percent should have been changed during inspection.

Oh my gosh! Where do I begin? Michael was so easy going to work with showed me several different SUVs until he came up on the Buick envision that I absolutely fell in love with. Michael was very courteous respectful of my time and all the confusion of trading vehicles but he understood and he worked very well with all of us. The dealership was nice and clean. Everyone was very professional. I will definitely shop at McKenzie‘s in the future. Thank you Michael for all your patience and most importantly your understanding of what our family was doing!

Absolute professionals, stayed the extra hours to get the vehicle that I wanted. From the sales person, Asa and Kenny to the finance person Ella. What a team, they were never in a hurry to rush out the door, even though it was getting late, Made sure we were shown and explained everything.
