McKenzie Buick-GMC in Milton, FL is the best dealership we have ever worked with. They set the standard for world-class customer service. The general manager sat with all of us customers in the service department waiting area for about 15 minutes, and he talked to us like we were longtime friends. That has never happened at a car dealership before. We actually look forward to visiting the staff there. They have earned our trust and business for life.

The lady that checked me was super nice and that went well. The guy that checked me not so much. Not very personable. Came out to get me said my last name I stood up went to him he laid paperwork down and told me to sign. I had to ask what I was signing he was very short about it. I signed followed him thru the hallway he stated my car was outside the side to the right. That’s it. I went outside to the right could not find my car. Had to turn around and go left and found it down a ways. I do not plan on coming back for service at that Buick location
