The lady that checked me was super nice and that went well. The guy that checked me not so much. Not very personable. Came out to get me said my last name I stood up went to him he laid paperwork down and told me to sign. I had to ask what I was signing he was very short about it. I signed followed him thru the hallway he stated my car was outside the side to the right. That’s it. I went outside to the right could not find my car. Had to turn around and go left and found it down a ways. I do not plan on coming back for service at that Buick location

We had a great experience buying our new to us truck. Asa made the experience very enjoyable and no pressure at all. Asa from sales and Ella in finance both stayed late on a rainy night to finish our deal. We love the truck and the way we were treated at McKenzie.

I set up an appointment with Kenny, the sales person and not the manager. I came in, test drove the vehicle I wanted, got the paperwork done, and bought me a car. It was just that simple. Kenny and the finance team made my experience quick and easy . They didn’t give me any double talk or the run around. I was in and out with what I wanted. I love it!
